Strategic Clarity and Alignment
Strategic Clarity is when everyone from the senior level to the entry level of an organization understands the organization’s purpose – the reason it exists – the value it delivers to its customers along with their workplace values and the compelling vision they are striving to reach.
Strategic Clarity also needs to be defined at every level; helping all identify the purpose of their team, department and or individual roles within the organization. When they are clear on why their role exists, how they contribute to the overall purpose and how they add value to the customer experience their work becomes more meaningful. They become more engaged and passionate about their work.
Strategic Alignment means all leadership, systems, teams, departments and tools needed to do the work are supporting the overall purpose, workplace values and compelling vision. (spacing change) When these are key drivers in all decisions an organization will be able to deliver a value its competitors cannot match.
